That's why we offer a monthly 15-minute check-in to review your financial health, address any concerns, and ensure our services align with your goals. Cancellation Policy
At Booked & Balanced by Sheena, we value your time and strive to provide personalized, professional service. All appointments must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice, and rescheduling requires at least 12 hours’ notice to avoid a $25 late cancellation fee. Missed appointments (no-shows”) may result in forfeiture of the complimentary consultation or a package consultation. Payment for ongoing services is due upon invoice receipt unless otherwise stated.
