This initial consultation is your opportunity to connect with Booked & Balanced by Sheena and explore personalized bookkeeping solutions tailored to your business needs. We’ll assess your current financial systems, identify challenges, and recommend services that fit your goals and budget — helping you make informed, confident decisions.
Cancellation Policy
At Booked & Balanced by Sheena, we value your time and strive to provide personalized, professional service. All appointments must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice, and rescheduling requires at least 12 hours’ notice to avoid a $25 late cancellation fee. Missed appointments (no-shows”) may result in forfeiture of the complimentary consultation or a package consultation. Payment for ongoing services is due upon invoice receipt unless otherwise stated.
